Am I required to attend each meeting?
Generally yes, but we understand work and family situations occur. If absences become a problem, we would need to work toward a solution.
Generally, we host 1 fundraising event per quarter and 1 gathering event per month June includes additional Pride Month-related events such as Pride Festivals across the state and additional gathering events. Pride Week historically includes an event each day leading up to our Druid City Pride Festival.
From time to time, we will need to meet to prep for an event or manage project work action items. While not everyone is always present for these moments, it is expected that we all carry the DCP load as a team.
Overall time commitment?
Overall- 10-12 hours per month, with heavier times during June and Druid City Pride Week.
